Another sting for Lance Armstrong: Organizers of next month's Chicago Marathon say he can't participate, reports Runner's World. "We got the news," says an Armstrong spokesman. The marathon had little choice: The US Anti-Doping Agency's ruling that Armstrong is banned from cycling because of doping applies to all sports under something called the World Anti-Doping Code. The marathon would likely lose its designation as a sanctioned race from USA Track & Field if it let him run—so don't expect to see him in Boston or New York, either. (More Lance Armstrong stories.)
