Hillary Clinton is the most admired woman in America for the 16th time since 1993, and President Obama is the most admired man for the fifth consecutive year, according to a new USA Today/Gallup poll. But it wasn't just familiar names for 2012: For the first time, "Connecticut teachers" were ranked on the list, along with "US troops."

Michelle Obama was the No. 2 most admired woman this year, grabbing the spot from Oprah Winfrey, who held it last year but slipped to No. 3 this year. Rounding out the top five women: Condoleezza Rice and, tied for fifth place, Sarah Palin, Queen Elizabeth II, Margaret Thatcher, and Malala Yousafzai. As for the men, Nelson Mandela came in at No. 2. Tying for No. 3: George W. Bush, Mitt Romney, Billy Graham, and Pope Benedict XVI. (More Most Admired list stories.)
