60 Minutes is adding a familiar face for the program's 50th season. Oprah Winfrey has been announced as a special contributor who will begin appearing on the show this fall, reports CBS News. "She is a remarkable and talented woman with a level of integrity that sets her apart and makes her a perfect fit," says executive producer Jeff Fager. In a statement, Winfrey says "at a time when people are so divided, my intention is … to look at what separates us, and help facilitate real conversations between people from different backgrounds." She adds, "I'm so excited." (Megyn Kelly says Winfrey is one of her role models.)
