The uneven bars never got her. The stairs just did. Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman tweeted the news of an unfortunate, and unlikely, accident. "I survived two Olympic Games and 19 years of gymnastics without ever breaking a bone ... the stairs got me ... I fell and broke my elbow." The accompanying photo shows the Boston-area native recuperating on the couch, notes the AP. Raisman has been in the news for more serious reasons of late. After acknowledging that she was among the sexual abuse victims of Larry Nassar, the 24-year-old has since emerged as one of the most vocal advocates for reform of her sport.
