Bravo is making its entry into American Idol waters next year, reports Entertainment Weekly. Going Platinum has two notable names attached so far—Jewel will host and former Idol judge Kara DioGuardi will be one of the judges. One big difference: The audience will have no say in which of the 12 singer-songwriters wins the $100,000 grand prize, along with publishing and recording deals. Also, they've got to write their own tunes.
