(AP Photo/MSNBC) Keith Olbermann is off TV, thanks to his $7 million buyout, but he can still make all the noise he wants online. "Citizens Of The Free World: Greetings!" he tweeted yesterday. "My humble thanks to all Friends of Keith for the many kind words. The reports of the death of my career are greatly exaggerated." Glenn Beck, meanwhile, still has a show, and New York Daily News reports that he's using it to bash his former MSNBC rival as "the biggest pain in the ass in the world." "You can handle the mediocre ratings if the guy's not a total pain in the ass," Beck added. "Nobody liked working with him."
