(AP Photo/Ed Andrieski) Charlie Sheen knows a thing or two about impulses, so he's got some advice for Lindsay Lohan. She should work on her "impulse control," he suggested while calling in to Dan Patrick's radio show for the second time this week. "Just try and think things through a little bit before you do them." For his part, Sheen says that he has "never been drunk, never been high on the set once," reports the New York Post. "But I would show up having not slept much." He also sounded much more forgiving about the honchos at CBS who have put Two and a Half Men on hiatus while he gets his act together. He said he was "grateful" they "showed up at our house and said, 'It's getting really obvious and we're really worried about you.'" To read an open letter to Sheen's new gal pal, click here.
