(AP Photo/Mary Altaffer) (Associated Press) Hannah Montana fans have filed a class-action lawsuit against the actress' fan club, charging they were deceptively lured into paying a $30 entrance fee with the promise that they would have better access to concert tickets. In fact the "vast majority of club members" couldn't get tickets to star Miley Cyrus' first concert series. "You cannot confuse this fan club with a grass-roots, teen-run operation," said one of the attorneys. "They set out to take advantage of kids and their parents." Representatives for Cyrus insist that fan club members did get access to more tickets and called the suit "frivolous." At one arena 7,000 of 11,000 seat were made available to fan club members, according to spokesmen. Read These Next Husband of the Coldplay 'Kiss Cam' woman breaks his silence.
