The former House speaker had previously hinted his announcement would be this week, but backtracked a bit yesterday. “I’ll be in by the 10th or the 11th,” he told the National Journal, explaining that he still needs to disentangle himself from a few business ventures that before he can file paperwork for an exploratory committee with the Federal Election Commission.
