(AP Photo/StarpPix, Dave Allocca) NBC is renewing Celebrity Apprentice for the 2011-2012 season—so what does that say about Donald Trump’s presidential ambitions? The network isn’t revealing anything it might know, reports the AP. “We're putting a pin in that for the next 24 hours or so. Things will become clearer soon,” NBC Entertainment’s chairman said yesterday. He noted that the show will go on; NBC will hire a Trump replacement should Trump decide to run, but “I hope we don't have to go there.” “It’s such a strong franchise, not to minimize his presence in it because we love him,” Bob Greenblatt told the Hollywood Reporter. “But I really do think it’s all about the casting of that show and the challenges and if he’s not available to us, we’re going to have someone really interesting sitting at the head of that boardroom.” (More Donald Trump stories.)
