Chuck Kobasew found the net twice in three minutes for Boston's final goals, and former Maple Leaf goalie Tuukka Rask excelled in his first start for the Bruins. On other NHL ice: Three power-play goals by Edmonton brought matters to a shootout, not Vancouver's strong point, which let the recently reeling Oilers pull in a 5-4 victory. After a scoreless first period, a goal by Colorado was quickly followed by four from Calgary, adding a seventh road loss to the Avalanche's record.
