"They were in a little base in a stream and she fell in," Grylls tells the Daily Mail. "I wasn’t there, you know, and the story grows and grows every time he tells me—but he did rescue her and he was proud as punch to have dragged her out." Another amusing tidbit from the interview: Jesse's life motto is to be prepared and never give up ... and to eat lots of chocolate. Notes Grylls, "How can you argue with that one?"
