Some people are inspired by Tiger Woods. Others are inspired to throw frankfurters at him. In the case of Brandon Kelly, the 31-year-old who launched a hot dog in Tiger Woods' direction on Sunday, inspiration also came compliments of Hollywood. "I threw the hot dog toward Tiger Woods because I was inspired by the movie Drive," Kelly tells the Press Democrat. "As soon as the movie ended, I thought to myself, ‘I have to do something courageous and epic. I have to throw a hot dog on the green in front of Tiger.'"
More amazing revelations from Kelly: He posted a photo to his Facebook page early Sunday morning, which showed him holding a hot dog ... with his speedometer in the background (he apparently was really, really inspired by Drive). His next Facebook post? "Just got a bloody Mary. About to watch Tiger Woods play 18 holes." Of course, Woods only made it to the seventh green before Kelly made his "courageous" attempt. The dog and bun landed pretty far from Woods. (More Tiger Woods stories.)
