Jordan Van der Sloot walked free days after his two fellow suspects, CNN reports. Police re-arrested all three last month after prosecutors claimed to have new evidence related to Holloway's 2005 disappearance. Chances of a trial now appear bleak. Witnesses saw all three men with Holloway the night she disappeared. "We thought there was a lot of material that urged them to tell us what happened, but they kept their mouths shut," a prosecutor told the AP. "They were apparently very well instructed by their lawyers." Holloway's parents, meanwhile, have commissioned a boat to resume searching for her body.
