Mitt Romney easily won in Nevada Saturday—a result he had also achieved in 2008, and a feat that the polls (and Newt Gingrich) predicted before Donald Trump endorsed Romney. But never mind all that, Trump is just going to take credit for the victory. "There was a lot riding on that particular race in Nevada and it was interesting, because the numbers were much, much greater than you thought," Trump said on Fox and Friends today. "And a lot of people are giving me credit for that. And I will accept that credit."
But sorry, Donald: Mediaite notes that a recent poll actually found that Trump's endorsement caused 41% of Nevada caucus-goers to view Romney more negatively. More from the Donald's interview in Mediaite's video below, including why he chose Romney over Gingrich and his thoughts on Iran.
