The Huffington Post notes that the House speaker has dodged the issue for weeks—and the opening line of his endorsement wasn't exactly enthusiastic. "It's clear now that Mitt Romney is going to be our nominee," Boehner said at a press conference today. It got slightly better from there: "I think Mitt Romney has a set of economic policies that can put America back to work and, frankly, contrast sharply with the failed economic policies of President Obama.
