It was either a bizarre coincidence or a weird attempt to downplay today's Penn State report on campus: The TVs in the college's student center suddenly switched from CNN to public access just as news about the Freeh Report broke, reports the Philadelphia Inquirer. Some of those gathered around the TVs asked a student at the center's main desk to switch the channel back, but the student said they were controlled by a school official, who just happened to be in a meeting and was unreachable.
