Scott Applewhite, File) Political firebrand update: One on the right is in trouble, and one on the left is back in Congress: Republican Allen West is demanding a recount in Florida. He trails Patrick Murphy by about 2,500 votes but refuses to concede, citing "disturbing irregularities" at the polls. Murphy has declared victory, and a judge will have to decide whether West's request has merit, reports the National Review. Among other things, West has said Congress is filled with commies. Democrat Alan Grayson, on the other hand, is going back to Congress. The progressive who once said Republicans' health plan amounted to a wish for Americans to "die quickly" easily won his own Florida race. Grayson lost big in the Tea Party wave of 2010 but trounced his GOP opponent this time around by 25 points, reports the Huffington Post. Read These Next Her blood isn't compatible with anyone else's.
