Reince Priebus now holds the best-known empty chair in the world—the one Clint Eastwood took to task onstage at the party convention. Priebus pointed out the prop to CNN at the start of an interview about his party's need to reassess its strategy post-2012, reports the network, which says he "gets the joke." At the Daily Intelligencer, Adam Martin offers up a joke of his own: Among the biggest stars of that convention, "the chair turns out to be the only one involved to wind up with an office in Washington."
