(AP Photo/Paul Sakuma) Former 49ers and Raiders offensive lineman Kwame Harris appears to have been outed as gay in spectacularly bad fashion, Deadspin reports. Harris has been charged with domestic violence and assault after allegedly beating up an ex-boyfriend in a dispute that started over food and ending up with Harris giving the man a savage beating after accusing him of stealing his underwear. According to a suit filed in California's San Mateo County, Harris argued with his ex-boyfriend after he poured soy sauce on a plate of rice, beating him up so badly that he needed to have a metal plate installed in his face. The linebacker's lawyer has confirmed that the two men had a romantic relationship, but says the criminal charges and a civil suit are just an attempt to get money from Harris, the Daily Journal reports.
