T'Wolves Beat Warriors for Rare Road Win

The Timberwolves beat the Warriors 109-108 to snap their 16-game road losing streak; it was just Minnesota’s second road victory of the season and their first since November. Ryan Gomes scored a career-high 35 points and grabbed 11 rebounds and Al Jefferson added 21 points for the Timberwolves. Monta Ellis led Golden State with 28 points, reports the Associated Press. Elsewhere in the Association:

  • Tyson Chandler had 20 points and 15 rebounds, leading the Hornets to a 106-92 win over the Bucks. Charlie Villanueva had 18 points for Milwaukee.
  • The Grizzlies beat the Bulls 104-90 as Rudy Gay and Mike Miller each scored 24 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. Ben Gordon led Chicago with 25 points; he also had five assists.
