Richard Hamilton's 32 points led the Detroit to the team's second consecutive victory while Chauncey Billups had 21 and Rasheed Wallace 15 before fouling out. The Magic's Dwight Howard had 22 points and 14 rebounds in a losing effort. Wallace was a force early in the game, scoring seven points in the first 2.5 minutes and making his first five shots overall.
