Kasem's second wife, Jean, has the rights to his body, and she has yet to arrange for him to be moved from a morgue in Washington state, the spokesperson says. Kerri Kasem, Jean's stepdaughter, has previously said that her dad wanted to be buried at Los Angeles' Forest Lawn Cemetery.
