The founder of '70s rock band Boston is sick of Mike Huckabee using his hit song "More Than a Feeling" without permission, the AP reports. "By using my song, and my band's name Boston, you have taken something of mine and used it to promote ideas to which I am opposed," wrote Eric Scholz, an Obama supporter, to Huckabee. "In other words, I think I've been ripped off, dude!"
A former Boston member who left the band in a bitter split has played the song with Huckabee's band and appeared at campaign rallies, but Huckabee's people deny that any band endorsement is suggested. "Governor Huckabee plays "Sweet Home Alabama." Does that mean Lynyrd Skynyrd is endorsing him?" scoffed his campaign manager. Scholz, however, still recommends that the GOP hopeful "stick to music recorded by far-right Republicans." (More Mike Huckabee stories.)
