The incident took place after Jesslyn Taylor apparently angered McGraw by grabbing and ripping his jeans. Taylor's lawyer tells TMZ the case was "mutually resolved the old-fashioned way ... with a simple conversation." Though he didn't say whether that conversation also included a transfer of money, TMZ seems to think it did, noting "that's how personal injury lawyers make money."
