Ohio State officials say they're grieved to learn of the death of a football player missing since Wednesday. Police tell media outlets they believe a body found near the campus was that of 22-year-old Kosta Karageorge. The senior defensive tackle was last seen at his apartment in Columbus early Wednesday, when his roommates said he left to go on a walk. A Columbus police sergeant says Karageorge appears to have shot himself, CNN reports. His mother told authorities he has had several concussions and a few spells of being extremely confused. According to a police report, she said Karageorge texted her the morning he disappeared and said, "I am sorry if I am an embarrassment." (More Ohio State Buckeyes stories.)
