Well, that was fast: Less than three weeks after news of Cameron Diaz's engagement came out, she's already married. She and Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden got hitched last night at Diaz's home in Beverly Hills, E! reports, and rumors of the upcoming wedding hadn't even started flowing until yesterday. Pretty impressive, considering the celebration involved a huge tent for the reception and about 100 guests. The bridesmaids, sources say: Nicole Richie, who is Benji's sister-in-law, and Drew Barrymore, Cameron's best friend. Diaz, 42, and Madden, 35, first went public last May. (Diaz may be married for the first time now, but these other 10 stars have never been.)
