The Canadiens scored three third-period goals and Carey Price had 37 saves in a 4-2 win. Phoenix led 2-1 when Saku Koivu, Andrei Markov and Sergei Kostitsyn all scored. In other NHL action: Alexandre Burrows scored a short-handed goal 37 seconds into the game as the Vancouver Canucks rode a 4-goal first period to a 6-2 win over the Nashville Predators.
