Politics / Hillary Clinton Clinton Says Get Your Selfies While You Can She might stop taking them if elected president By Michael Harthorne, Newser Staff Posted Feb 6, 2016 11:14 AM CST Copied Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton holds the phone to take a selfie with an employee at Market Basket Supermarket, Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2016, in Manchester, N.H. (AP Photo/Elise Amendola) Hillary Clinton is becoming an expert at taking selfies while on the campaign trail. But that might come to an end if she finds herself in the White House, the Hill reports. "I don't have that long an arm," Clinton explains her selfie skills to People. "But my reach is a little more than it was before and I figured out how to hit the button." Unfortunately, she says selfies "unnerve" the Secret Service, and she would consider putting the kibosh on presidential selfies if she's elected. Clinton may wish she could do away with them sooner. She recently lamented the proliferation of selfies during campaigns. "It replaces conversation," she tells People. (More Hillary Clinton stories.) Report an error
