(AP Photo/John Locher) The US Army has apologized for a partisan post about a potential commander-in-chief that appeared on its Twitter feed. The post—a link to a TheNewCivilRightsMovement.com story headlined "Donald Trump Lied 87 Times Last Week—Or Once Every 3 Minutes, 15 Seconds"—was quickly taken down amid a deluge of complaints and the Army said it was made in error by an employee who has now had their access revoked, CNN reports. The Army said the Trump story "was not an official position." The military hasn't commented on whether the employee involved, who had intended to post the tweet to a personal account, is a civilian, reports WFTV.
