If Roger Ailes were still in charge at Fox News—instead of shuffled off amid multiple sexual harassment allegations—we would likely know the identity of Megyn Kelly's replacement. Kelly announced Tuesday she was leaving the network for NBC News, and now sources tells Business Insider that Ailes had "personally prepared" Fox Business host Trish Regan to replace her.
