Punxsutawney Phil Delivers His Forecast

The groundhog has spoken: No early spring. The handlers of Punxsutawney Phil say he saw his shadow Thursday morning during the traditional Groundhog Day festivities in Pennsylvania, meaning six more weeks of winter. For Phil fans, it's not a big surprise: Records show the groundhog has predicted an early spring just 18 times since 1887.
