Stocks rallied broadly on Wall Street as investors seemed less concerned about tensions between the US and North Korea, the AP reports. Technology companies and banks made some of the largest gains Monday. The market was bouncing back from its biggest weekly decline since March. Apple and Microsoft each rose 1.5% and Facebook climbed 1.6%. Bank of America climbed 2.3% and Wells Fargo gained 1.7%. The Standard & Poor's 500 index rose 24 points, or 1%, to 2,465. The Dow Jones industrials rose 135 points, or 0.6%, to 21,993. The Nasdaq composite rose 83 points, or 1.3%, to 6,340. (More stock market stories.)
