A toddler pulled from frigid Lake Michigan yesterday after being submerged for some 15 minutes was improving today, reports the Chicago Sun-Times. The boy's stroller was blown in as his grandfather was pushing him along a Chicago pier. The grandfather, who leaped in after him as he called for help, was in stable condition.
