(AP Photo/J. Scott Applewhite) Chuck Schumer will introduce a bill Friday—which is, appropriately, 4/20—to decriminalize marijuana at the federal level, the Senate minority leader tells VICE News in an interview set to air in full on HBO Thursday night.
