TMZ Report: Weinstein Will Surrender, Be Charged With Sex Crime

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that Harvey Weinstein will surrender to authorities Friday morning and be charged with a sex crime in New York. According to the gossip site's sources, the charges are related to allegations from Lucia Evans, who says the disgraced producer forced her to perform oral sex on him in 2004. Sources say Weinstein will turn himself in at the Manhattan DA's office between 7am and 9am. TMZ notes this is the farthest any of the investigations into accusations against Weinstein have gotten.
