With Jeff Sessions out as attorney general, the talk has commenced on who President Trump will nominate to replace him. Two sources tell CBS News Chris Christie is being considered, but a decision isn't expected soon. Others who are reportedly being considered: Rudy Giuliani, outgoing Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, and former Attorney General William Barr. Christie, the former New Jersey governor and a longtime friend of Trump, served as a US Attorney in New Jersey from 2002 to 2008. As NJ.com notes, Christie once "coveted" the AG job, saying it was one of just two positions in Trump's administration for which he would have resigned as governor early. The other job: VP. (Trump has considered Christie for the position before.)
