"We are beyond happy to have Liviy home," mother Heather Ambrose said after Olivia, one of her twin 23-year-old daughters, was found alive. Olivia Ambrose, who disappeared during a night out with her sister and friends Saturday night, was hospitalized for evaluation after she was found in a man's apartment Tuesday afternoon and was returned to her family Tuesday night, WCVB reports. The apartment resident, 38-year-old Victor Pena, was arrested and charged with kidnapping, Boston.com reports. Ambrose "appears in good health," says Police Commissioner William Gross. "But, as for state of mind, I cannot attest to what state of mind."

Surveillance video shows Ambrose leaving Hennessy's Bar around 11pm Saturday with a man who was later ruled out as a suspect. Around 40 minutes later, she is seen walking with two men, one of whom was identified as Pena. The video shows "where, at certain points, he was physically guiding and holding on to her," says Gross, who adds: "It’s obvious from the video surveillance that she did not go along willingly. She wasn’t in a physical state to possibly acknowledge going along with Mr. Pena." Sources tell the Boston Globe and WCVB that Pena has had multiple run-ins with Boston transit police for "menacing interactions" with women, including an alleged stalking incident in 2009. (This Michigan reporter found the missing woman he was reporting on.)
