TMZ reports that the man started recording on his iPhone as he approached Offset, and the rapper responded, "Get the f--- out of my face" before allegedly knocking the phone out of the man's hands. It fell to the ground and the screen shattered. Because the phone "reach[es] the felony threshold" at a worth of $800, per TMZ, police issued a felony arrest warrant.
