Onlookers are again questioning the health of Angela Merkel after she was seen shaking for a second time in two weeks. The German chancellor's hands and body shook as she listened to President Frank-Walter Steinmeier speak Thursday in Berlin at a farewell ceremony for Justice Minister Katarina Barley, reports Reuters. She clutched her arms before turning down a glass of water. Merkel had said she felt better after drinking water on June 18, when she visibly shook while meeting Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy in the midst of a heatwave.

The heatwave continues. Temperatures reached 101.5 degrees in Germany on Wednesday, though Berlin didn't see temps that high, per CNN. The Guardian notes Merkel was also seen shaking on a humid day in Mexico City in 2017. Later Thursday, Merkel appeared steady and relaxed as she attended the swearing-in of new justice minister Christine Lambrecht, per Reuters, which adds the chancellor, who has "no history of serious health issues ... faces a grueling schedule in the coming days." A rep said the 64-year-old would attend the G20 meeting in Japan on Friday and Saturday as planned. "The chancellor is well," the rep said. (More Angela Merkel stories.)
