Four days after her terrifying abduction, a 3-year-old girl is back with her parents in southern Nigeria, "covered in mosquito bites" but otherwise OK, her father tells the BBC. Margaret Hill, who was snatched from a car at gunpoint on her way to school Thursday, was freed today and was not ransomed, the Times of London reports.

Margaret is the daughter of a British expat father and a Nigerian mother; they live in Port Harcourt, in the Niger delta, where kidnapping is rampant. The girl was hungry and "in a little bit of a trance" upon her return, her father told Sky News, but began to shake off her ordeal and talk to her mother.
