Ouch. Maybe the one guy who regrets the publication of private photos at Silvio Berlusconi's villa more than Berlusconi himself is former Czech Prime Minister Mirek Topolanek. Faces were blurred in the photos, but Topolanek admits that he's the naked man pictured standing by the pool in one of the shots. He is also, in the delicate language of the Guardian, "in a state of arousal."
"It is me in the photograph," Topolanek admitted. "But it has been modified. The picture is not authentic. This is absolutely insolent interference in my privacy. Besides, there is nothing wrong or compromising. It was a private holiday in closed premises." Here's the kicker: The Czech media identified him by the white wristband he wore in support of the anti-Castro movement. It was a gift from George W. Bush. (More Mirek Topolanek stories.)
