A squad of Harvard stalkers tailed a visibly upset Emma Watson during a recent campus visit to detail her every move for a university student publication. The Harry Potter actress was flanked by security guards during the operation, launched at a Brown-Harvard football game in Cambridge, reports the New York Post. "We will be Live-Tweetin' the game and possibly stalking Emma Watson, so keep your eyes peeled for that," said a blog post from Harvard's Voice magazine.
Spotters later posted comments including: "In enemy territory. Looking for a certain witch," and, "Watson Found! I repeat Watson Found!" The Voice posted a photo of the Brown University freshman and dubbed the stalking operation a "success." Some readers were outraged. "Anybody can do anything unfeelingly to anybody in this day and age, especially if they feel imbued with entitlement from membership in Harvard College," wrote one. The operation was intended to be "intentionally outrageous," said an editor's note.
