Politics | Levi Johnston I'll Sue Palins Over Custody: Levi 'I'm up to the point where I can't see my kid again,' says Tripp's dad By Nick McMaster Posted Oct 30, 2009 4:45 PM CDT Copied In this July 25, 2009, photo, former Alaska Gov. (AP Photo/Al Grillo) Levi Johnston says he's “definitely” going to court over custody issues concerning Tripp, his son with Sarah Palin's daughter Bristol. "I'm up to the point where I can't see my kid again. I'm done. I'm sure we'll end up in court,” Johnston tells the Guardian, explaining that the Palins have been inconsistent in allowing him access to the 10-month-old. "They started letting me see him and everything was fine. But everything got bad again. So I said screw them," Johnston continues. He acknowledges that some of his public criticism of Sarah Palin—that she was a distant mother and political hypocrite, for example—came in retaliation for not being allowed to see Tripp. "If they had let me see my kid, I wouldn't have done any of that," Johnston says.
