A Korean-American activist charged from China into North Korea today, yelling that he was “bringing God’s love.” Robert Park, 28, told Reuters earlier this week that he didn’t want the US government to get him out, either. “I want the North Korean people to be free. Until the concentration camps are liberated, I do not want to come out. … As Christians, we need to take the cross for them.”
Neither US nor North Korean officials would confirm the crossing, which fellow activists say happened in a little-patrolled area in the North’s far northwest.
