Judann Pollack of Ad Age picks the top 15: Levi's—Today, Levi's jeans sit desk-side on casual Fridays. But in the 1960s they were marketed with music from Jefferson Airplane. Pepsi—Boomer big-shots like Madonna, Michael J. Fox, Tina Turner, and Cindy Crawford pitched Pepsi to a new generation of soda sippers. Volkswagen—Iconic VW ads like "Snowplow," "Funeral," and "Lemon" were part of advertising's Golden Age in the 1960s. Harley Davidson—Boomers love 'em. The Harley Owners Group has 650,000 'easy riders.' Facebook—Yes, Facebook. The site is hip among the 55+ set. Its fastest-growing user group is women 55 and older, up 138%. Read the full list here.
