Andrew Cuomo announced the obvious this morning: He'll run for his dad's old gig as governor of New York this fall. In a brief video posted this morning, the Cuomo scion made his not-so-secret candidacy official—just ahead of Tuesday's Democratic convention in which he faces no serious competition, reports the New York Times.
