(AP Photo/Bela Szandelszky) Moammar Gadhafi remains at large as the fight for his hometown of Sirte continues, but Libya's new leaders have a new theory on where he is: in the desert near the Algerian border. A leader of the National Transitional Council tells Reuters that Gadhafi is likely being protected by nomadic tribesmen near the town of Ghadames. "There has been a fight between Tuareg tribesmen who are loyal to Gadhafi and Arabs living there," says a military leader. "We are negotiating. The Gadhafi search is taking a different course." Meanwhile, artillery fire from Gadhafi loyalists in Sirte continues to keep NTC troops from capturing the city despite two weeks of attacks.
