Stocks are closing higher on Wall Street, extending a record-setting run into a sixth straight week, AP reports. Financial and technology stocks had some of the biggest gains Monday. JPMorgan chase rose 2.1% and Apple picked up 1.8%. Restaurant chain Ruby Tuesday soared 19% after announcing it had agreed to be taken private. The Standard & Poor's 500 index rose 4 points, or 0.2%, to 2,557. The Dow Jones industrial average rose 85 points, or 0.4%, 22,956. The Nasdaq composite rose 18 points, or 0.3%, to 6,624. All three closed at record highs. Bond prices fell. The yield on the 10-year Treasury note rose to 2.30%. (More stock market stories.)
