(AP Photo/Gregory Smith, File) Mike Huckabee denounced some of his fellow Republicans' knee-jerk attacks on President Obama as "deplorable" and "shameful" in a recent speech. Huckabee said attacking Obama over well-intentioned actions like visiting Dover Air Force Base as the bodies of American troops arrived home or handing out Halloween candy made civil debate impossible, the Huffington Post reports. "I hated it when people did that to George Bush," said the former Arkansas governor. "They couldn't even laugh at the man's jokes. They found something wrong with everything. If we do that to Barack Obama, then shame on us, shame on us. No wonder our country is so divided when that happens." Read These Next Israel's 'decapitation' strategy in Iran carries risks.
